Family Connections

After a lifetime living on separate continents, we got to spend some time with Sophie’s cousin Janaki and her husband Graham. A blissful time with two fantastic, welcoming, creative and inspiring people. image

They’ve a stunning house on the water in New Hampshire and, inspired by their own kayak collection Milo ordered himself a canoe that he and Graham assembled.

Thankfully Graham didn’t show Milo his skydiving kit. Or scuba kit. Or photos of his flying, gliding, motor biking days…

Jonah was happy to read on the lawn in the sun of course.

(It’s root beer I promise, the pumpkin ale is mine and damn good it is too. Also that’s sunset not sunrise…)

So after much deliberation, wild turkey spotting in Janaki’s garden

And some scary parking in a small town car park

To learn about our marine ecosystem

We inevitably ended up in a little known local furniture suppliers store….

To buy some storage cupboards for the van and an onboard greenhouse that milo wants to keep a chameleon in. Just keeping our eyes peeled for a chameleon now.
